• advised Lithuanian operator of transmission system regarding cooperation agreement with Polish operator of transmission system in connection with the construction of HVDC submarine cable Harmony Link

· legal advice to investor on negotiations regarding amending a contract for the construction of power units no. 5 and 6 at Opole Power Plant. Amendment concerned force majeure events that occurred during over four years of construction and additional performances on general contractor's part, where amount of general contractor's remuneration was confirmed on condition of meeting deadline for delivery of units no. 5 and 6 as agreed in amendment (value of the entire project: around PLN 11.5 billion).

· legal advice to contractor from consortium on negotiating amendment to contract for construction of a state-of-the-art 1075 MW supercritical parameter unit at Kozienice Power Plant. Amendment extended time for project completion by several months in relation to originally planned deadline for reasons independent of parties (value of entire project: around PLN 5.1 billion) .

·Turów 430–450 MW Power Unit, Energy (approx. app. PLN 4 billion): Co-counsel representing client in public procurement disputes on awarding contract

· Jaworzno III 910 MW Power Unit, Energy (approx. value PLN 5,4 billion): Leading counsel in team representing client in public procurement procedures and public procurement disputes regarding awarding contract.

· Assigned tasks, reviewed performance and devised improvement plans or corrections for junior team members.

· Developed junior team members and cultivated high quality of work culture.

· Opole Power Plant , two 1800 MW Power Units, 2011–2012, Energy (approx. value PLN 11,5 billion): Co-leading counsel representing the Rafako-Mostostal-Polimex consortium before the National Chamber of Appeals and before a court in appeal proceedings arising from a public tender by a negotiated procedure with notice for the construction of two power units in the Opole Power Plant.

· viaTOLL, Infrastructure (approx. value PLN 5 billion): Advised State Treasury (GDDKiA), prepared terms of reference and conducted proceedings related to selection of national electronic toll collection system operator, viaToll, and represented GDDKiA before National Chamber of Appeals in matters pertaining to awarding of this contract (leading counsel in final public procurement disputes).
