Key responsibilities:

- task allocation

- participation in UAT testing for new business or projects as SME

- performing daily front office to back office reconciliation

- updating Standard Operating Procedures

- payment processing supervision/approvals

Money Market team

Key responsibilities:

- create, verify and approve manual SWIFT payments

- monitoring and matching MT320/MT330 SWIFT messages

- checking matrixes, ensuring correct bookings and fund flow for projects and commercial loan booking

Income processing team

Key responsibilities:

- analyzing and processing income corporate events

- sending notifications to the clients regarding dividends, coupons, redemption and other events

- cooperating with the custodians, counterparties and internal departments

Wealth Management

Key responsibilities:

- opening technical accounts in internal UBS system

- applying fees on client's accounts

- liaison with client advisors, applying respective products

OTC Derivatives

Key responsibilities:

- settlement of OTC products

- post-settlement nostro reconciliation

- liaison with middle office

- contact with agent banks and counterparties

Account Lifecycle Management

Key responsibilities:

- opening accounts for Credit Suisse entities with external counterparties for both Investment and Private Banking sector.

- liaison with agent banks

- communication with agent banks via SWIFT messages

Investment Banking

Key responsibilities:

- assistance with bloomberg confirmations sending via e-mail
