Michał Lubiński

Edinburgh

Summary

During most of my career I was responsible for managing the whole institutions in all the aspects of their operations; administrative, financial, infrastructural, representational, security and personnel management.

My broad experience range from relocation of the whole missions or offices, through numerous renovations, property, financial, project management or event preparation including the Head of the state visits.

In the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland I gained a reputation of a solution-oriented and resourceful person. I've always aimed to inspire and participate personally in the efforts of my team as well as maintain open and honest relations with my superiors and colleagues allowing us to freely discuss a matter at hand and achieving the best result for the team and mission.
