- Facilitate workshops, seminars, conferences, and training sessions and perform training administration tasks.
- Process online application and nomination forms; review data for accuracy and completeness.
- Generate applicant profiles, reports and course related correspondences; translate data and correspondence as needed; process applicant evaluations from IMF departments and course coordinators.
- Ensure prompt notification of selection decisions to numerous applicants. Update administrative information on the course websites. Draft regular and non-routine correspondence to applicants and sponsors and responds to numerous queries on status of applications.
- Ensure that course/seminar materials are promptly disseminated on course websites and at training venues.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with budget restrictions.
- Responsible for Maintenance of a training center
- Monitor air quality in the office and report to seniors
- Update repository and other databases as and when needed after wrapping-up of a course.
- Assist in troubleshooting IT issues in training facilities (i.e., computers, printers, smartboards, etc.) and ensures that course-related supplies are readily available.
- Coordinate and implement induction and administrative arrangements during the participants’ stay in Mauritius, including travel, visas, accommodation, and social activities.
- Liaise with local authorities for the processing of Mauritian VISA required by participants coming from specific countries.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the ATI Director, as delegated.
