Daily tasks:
Responsible for 45 suppliers, all commodities, all HU projects and partly of TR projects.
Managing and controlling the daily activities of the purchasing department.
Track and monitor KPI data.
Conducting cost analysis to achieve cost reduction.
Preparation of framework contracts, Consignment stock contracts, Rebate Agreements, tool ordering, investment contracts.
Preparation of statements and confidentiality agreements.
Knowledge of technical drawings, consultation with suppliers, following timeplanes.
RFQ, Tendering, Price negotiation.
Preparation of supplier evaluations.
Participation in supplier and customer audits (both domestically and abroad), representation of the purchasing department.
Daily consultations with project managers in different countries (DE, TR and HU), engineers, quality, logistics and finance departments.
Coordination of workflows across multiple countries.
Help with billing issues. Support logistic colleagues in case of serial delivery problems, complaints. Follow the quality complaints.
SAP system, daily use of MM modules.
Close contact with project managers, continuous reconciliation of statements, tables, data.
Participation in major projects.
Preparation of monthly statements for the Management. Savings, vendor performance, PPM rates, inventory data, etc.
Add suppliers to the global supplier list and follow the process.
Monitor the expiration date of suppliers' ISO certificates.
Following workflow descriptions and prepare new descriptions if needed.
