Board Representative for Diversity & Inclusion

As Board Representative for Diversity & Inclusion, I am responsible for setting and implementing the organization’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy. This involves collaborating with various departments such as HR, Legal, Communication, and ESG to ensure that D&I principles are being implemented and upheld. Additionally, I am responsible for providing guidance and recommendations to the Board on D&I matters. My duties also include developing and delivering training programs to employees on D&I topics, monitoring and analyzing D&I metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. I am also responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to D&I.

As a Transformation Advisor, I am responsible for creating and developing the Leonardo Employee Innovation Program. My duties included developing and implementing PR strategies, managing the department’s budget, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
