As Board Representative for Diversity & Inclusion, I am responsible for setting and implementing the organization’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy. This involves collaborating with various departments such as HR, Legal, Communication, and ESG to ensure that D&I principles are being implemented and upheld. Additionally, I am responsible for providing guidance and recommendations to the Board on D&I matters. My duties also include developing and delivering training programs to employees on D&I topics, monitoring and analyzing D&I metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. I am also responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to D&I.
As a Transformation Advisor, I am responsible for creating and developing the Leonardo Employee Innovation Program. This program aimes to increase employee engagement and transform the company culture by promoting cross-discipline collaboration, shared knowledge and boost innovation. My duties include establishing and running the program, developing and delivering training programs to employees on innovation topics, monitoring and analyzing innovation metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. I am responsible for the internal communication around the program, setting new communication standards in organisation.
As part of my role, I was responsible for overseeing two major projects. The first project involved re-branding the packaging of RX drugs across 21 markets for Polpharma. The second project involved implementing a Corporate Identity system for Polpharma Group companies. My duties included managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and providing regular updates to senior management.
I was responsible for developing and implementing branding strategies for Polpharma Group on Polish and several international markets. My duties included managing the existing portfolio of corporate and product brands, establishing naming management processes and procedures, managing brand guidelines and trademarks, integrating local marketing strategies with global branding strategy, and ensuring consistency in corporate branding. I was also responsible for providing guidance and recommendations to the Board on branding matters.
I was responsible for building and leading educational/social campaigns and marketing projects for Polpharma’s product brands. I also led the CSR and internal voluntary programs and was responsible for building the reputation of the corporate brand.
I also set up a PR department in Polpharma’s Group company in Kazakhstan and led the PR launch of the Polish subsidiary office in Vietnam. My duties included developing and implementing PR strategies, managing the department’s budget, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
I was responsible for leading PR and social campaigns for the core Polpharma’s product brands. My duties included establishing and maintaining relationships with media, organizing conferences and press briefings, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
As the founder of the Chocolate Company franchise in Poland, I was responsible for building the franchise brand and leading all communication and marketing activities. My duties included developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing the network of chocolate shops and café in Poland and identifying new business opportunities.
As a Partner in one of the leading PR Agencies in Poland, I was responsible for co-managing the agency. My duties included managing the Brand and Corporate Public Relations Department, supervising PR and communication projects, and leading new business initiatives. I was also responsible for developing and delivering internal and external training programs for employees, as well developing and implementing business strategies and managing the agency's budget.

As part of my role, I was responsible for organizing group tourism, conferences, and incentive tours in countries such as Jamaica, Sri Lanka, China, Russia, and others. I was also responsible for managing individual tourism through TUI, Neckermann, Itaka, and the Amadeus system.
I was responsible for leading PR projects for several companies and foundations, including Van Melle Poland, Prokom Internet, Prokom Software, Iveco Poland, and Friends of Litewska Foundation. My duties included developing and implementing PR strategies, managing the budget and cooperate with media.
