• coordination of the work of the Team of Project Managers responsible for the process of preparing for the implementation of investments, in particular searching for and selecting locations for RES installations (biogas plants/agricultural biogas plants), obtaining legal title to the land and leading to the acquisition of full formal and legal documentation for the implementation of the planned investment;
• organisation and supervision of the due diligence process of investment projects from the market, including due diligence of real estate for planned RES investments;
• building and maintaining investor relations with public administration, local self-governments and local communities of municipalities for the purpose of acquiring real estate for planned investments, preparation and implementation of investments and subsequent operations in these facilities
• day-to-day cooperation with the departments responsible for the development of project documentation for the planned investment and with the Legal Department in planning the strategy of action for the purpose of adequately securing the investment preparation process;
• cooperation with external entities/associations representing RES energy producers/gas grid operators/law firms/external consultants for the purpose of lobbying for legal changes in order to accelerate/facilitate the implementation of RES investments;
• participation in the due diligence process of PGB Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) for the purpose of their acquisition by Total Energies, followed by participation in the implementation process of procedures and solutions applied by Total Energies

Key professional achievements:

• building a Team of Project Managers responsible for the management of biogas/biomethane projects, including the construction of a strategy for the search of locations for RES investments, the development of a methodology for the evaluation of sites for planned investments, the aggregation of data for the presentation and analysis of the progress of work in the process of preparation for the implementation of investments;
• building and effective management of the Company's investment portfolio (more than several dozen investment projects at various stages of their preparation);
• leading to the acquisition of full formal and legal documentation for 4 investment projects (agricultural biogas plants with a capacity of up to 1 MW - from the greenfield phase to obtaining the final PnB decision), including 2 projects at the construction stage and 2 projects awaiting the FID decision;
• ensuring the proper and timely preparation of dozens of investment projects (biogas and biomethane);
• developed and maintained courteous and effective working relationships.
• establishing appropriate relationships with gas grid operators, local authorities and the local community in the area of the Company's planned investments.

• ensuring support for the process of handling claims by owners and perpetual usufructuaries of real property on which the Company's power lines are located (transmission easement, lease, purchase, lending, perpetual usufruct);
• ensuring that legal titles to real property are obtained in the process of examining claims and relinquishing limited rights in rem, uncutting plots of land;
• overseeing the course of court and administrative proceedings related to the installation of power lines on third-party land and day-to-day cooperation with the Company's legal representatives;
• supervision over the preparation and analysis of appraisal reports (specifying the value of ownership rights, perpetual usufruct, easements) necessary for the implementation of the Company's objectives;
• co-operation with the Company's Investment Division in the area of acceptance of formal and legal documentation of completed investment tasks;
• participation in committees for acceptance of formal and legal documentation of the Company's key infrastructure investments (construction and reconstruction of power lines)

Key professional achievements:

• effective oversight of the process of handling claims by owners of properties on which the Company's power infrastructure was located (over 5,000 cases) and coordination of legal services for court and administrative proceedings (approximately 1,200 cases pending in cooperation with several law firms);
• implementation of the Strategic Project (in the function of Project Manager) entitled "Legal and organisational solutions within the scope of transmission easements", the aim of which was to optimise the process of examining claims of real property owners in connection with the installation of the Company's infrastructure on their land, regulation of the so-called "backlog";
• leading to the development of a coherent litigation policy of the Company presented by its attorneys-in-fact in administrative and court proceedings, aimed at overcoming the line of rulings of common courts and interpretations of regulations by public administration bodies that are unfavourable to the Company;
• bringing order and electronic archiving of formal and legal documentation of infrastructural facilities - investments implemented by the Company;
• effective selection of contractors in public tendering procedures, having previously prepared documentation for the selection of legal advisers and property experts providing support for the implementation of assigned tasks;
• completion of project management training according to IPMA Level D.
