Experienced in delivering specialized education to students preparing for roles in special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), with extensive expertise spanning both special and mainstream school settings. Actively engaged as a co-founder and dedicated volunteer at an association that supports individuals with physical disabilities. Currently conducting research aimed at enhancing the professional development of teachers working with SEN pupils, focusing on diversity education and effective strategies for managing psychosocial and challenging behaviors in educational environments.
