My name is Monika Jolanta Wojciechowska, I’m 26 years old. I’m a hardworking and ambitious woman who always sets high goals for herself and does everything to achieve them. I started working as a warehouse worker, but thanks to my commitment, accuracy and quick learning of duties, I was quickly appreciated and promoted to the position of assistant coordinator. I took over some of his duties and also acted as a deputy during his absence, independently supervising the work of the team.
My main tasks included:
Printing and preparing labels (stickers) for products
Coordinating the tasks of warehouse employees
Organizing work and supervising the timely execution of orders
Cooperating with shift managers and the logistics department
Solving current problems in the hall
Taking care of order, compliance of goods and compliance with procedures
This job showed that I am an ambitious, responsible and independent person who is not afraid to take the initiative. I quickly find my way in new duties and I am eager to learn new things. I can both work in a team and manage it.
I am a person who always strives for development - promotion in this company was a confirmation for me that hard work and commitment bring results. In the future I want to continue developing my skills in team organization and management.
Employed by a temporary employment agency, which allowed me to gain a variety of professional experiences in various companies and work environments. As part of the cooperation, I was delegated to various projects, including warehouse, production and cleaning work.
This work required great flexibility, quick adaptation to new tasks, as well as conscientiousness and independence, regardless of the location or scope of duties.

Short-term employment after moving abroad – as the first step to starting a professional life in a new country.
Although it was a temporary experience, it allowed me to better understand the local realities of work and, above all, taught me patience, independence and openness to new challenges.
This job also showed that I am not afraid of any tasks, even if they require leaving my comfort zone. I treated each new responsibility as an opportunity to learn and acquire new skills.
Responsible for comprehensive management of a beauty salon – from organizing the team's work, to contact with clients and developing the range of treatments. Thanks to my own industry knowledge (completed numerous courses, including cosmetology, nail styling, permanent make-up and skin care), I was able to effectively support the team in their daily work and ensure a high standard of services.
