In this role I am supporting Global Head of Architecture for Enterprise and Security Services, and his technology department within the Group Chief Information Officer organisation, covering the following scope of responsibilities:

• Coordination of high priority task forces and working groups to deliver outputs that require senior management’s focus (incl. IT security projects covering technology solutions delivery, IT controls, audit and regulatory actions, demand management for ongoing CS-UBS merger activity)
• Establishing and maintaining strong governance structures, incl. decision-making fora. Preparation and facilitation of meetings involving senior management. Preparation of summary materials
• Business analysis, reporting, synthesising complex data to support decision making, reporting, risk flagging
• Process design, optimisation and documentation
• Ways of working transformation, incl. agile transformation of architecture department (setting up cadence of events and Kanban board, backlog management, stakeholder management, facilitation of meetings, work planning and delivery monitoring, knowledge sharing and process improvement)

In this role I was a member of Business Solutions Unit covering the below responsibilities:

• Managing projects in areas of Business & Digital Transformation, Process Improvement
• Supporting business in IT system changes implementation, automation & digitisation initiatives
• Supporting top management in organisation’s diagnosis, problem solving, business analysis, risk analysis and performance management
• Monitoring and reporting progress of local improvements and projects portfolio
• Facilitation of workshops, meetings and trainings

In this role I was a member of Business Solutions Unit covering the same scope of responsibilities as in the role above.

In this role I was a specialist in Milan Cash Retail & Stock Reconciliation Team in Transfer Agent department covering the below responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of cash and share accounts and managing investigations on identified balance discrepancies, data analysis and reporting
• Day to day interactions with Italian counterparts of BNP office, investment funds and managing companies
• Supporting Projects as SME (PM Career Path), incl. participating in capacity evaluation project, business transition model analysis project, process improvement initiatives, leading departmental wing of Lean Six Sigma community.

In this role I was a junior specialist in Milan Cash Retail & Stock Reconciliation Team in Transfer Agent department covering the same scope of responsibilities as above. Additionally, I have participated in Reconciliation activity transition from Milan office to International Operations Centre based in Warsaw.

I was responsible for data collection, processing and analysing to identify overpayments on energy supply; preparation of reports, data sets and any other materials for project presentation and assistance provision for customers and cooperation and negotiations with energy suppliers and other relevant third parties in order to ensure cost recovery.
