As a project leader, I had the privilege of utilizing design thinking methodology and Figma to enhance AstraZeneca's compliance inventory portal for their assets and domains. In addition, I oversaw the onboarding and training of new specialists, promoting collaboration with cross-functional teams such as IT Cyber Security, IT Quality Managers, Patient Safety, and internal/external vendors.

In my role, I created an engaging annual digital asset ownership training module spanning from 2021 to 2023, implemented updates of Digital Assets Standard and integrated a Universal Language Standard scanning tool into the inventory portal to ensure accessible and inclusive digital content for all patient populations. Furthermore, I developed a cutting-edge chatbots called aTom within the assets and domains inventory portal to provide first-aid support, demonstrating our willingness to embrace new technologies.

Throughout my time, I consistently identified and resolved issues within project aimed at automating processes for improved patient safety while optimizing the AstraZeneca Quality Assurance Framework. By implementing innovative functionality in our solutions, we achieved exceptional levels of efficiency and effectiveness.

In this position, it was essential to guarantee that AstraZeneca's digital assets adhered to both worldwide and local regulations, as well as AZ's digital assets standard. This required overseeing the deployment and maintenance of explicit consent cookie solutions, conducting regular quality assurance scans, and handling inquiries from digital asset owners throughout the organization. Additionally, I was tasked with identifying common issues related to incorrect deployments of AZ's global cookie management solution and collaborating with internal and external vendors to find suitable resolutions. Also, I addressed queries and concerns regarding proper cookie management on AstraZeneca websites, managed digital asset records throughout their lifecycle, and resolved queries on IT cybersecurity findings.

While actively pursuing my academic studies on a full-time basis, I took on the responsibility of serving as the primary point of contact for NA-KD customers who spoke Polish. This involved efficiently managing and processing orders, creating templates, and promptly addressing inquiries. I also played a key role in resolving customer issues and concerns with a high level of responsiveness. Through the delivery of exceptional customer support and the demonstration of effective communication skills, I successfully achieved a 50% reduction in customer wait times, ultimately leading to a notable 25% increase in overall customer satisfaction.

I have extensive experience providing English instruction to individuals of all ages, including adults, teenagers, and children. I also specialize in offering guidance for test preparation and A-level examinations. In addition, I excel in document editing and proofreading, carefully sourcing information from reliable references to ensure accurate translations.

As part of my role, I actively pursued international web development projects while also cultivating new B2B opportunities. Additionally, I assumed the responsibilities of Product Owner for the Suppliance website, guiding its long-term strategy and ensuring it aligned with the organizational objectives.

Through close collaboration with a proficient Project Manager, we were able to introduce a cutting-edge application that revolutionized the way businesses connect with top-notch web developers. This technological advancement significantly enhanced operational efficiency.

In this previous role, I was responsible for creating new business opportunities for top executives from Fortune 500 companies in the United States and Europe.
