o Member of the Audit Committee, Internal Audit Committee, and Tax and Compliance Committee.
o Lead the regional finance team, ensuring streamlined operations, accurate reporting, and strategic financial planning, as well as the most tax efficient way to repatriation of funds.
o Cultivated and maintained relationships with investment partners and facility agents, including preparation of financial covenants for the Group, and active involvement in the re-financing of the group’s senior debt.
