• I provided consulting services to Ukrainian municipalities for the development of tourism and hospitality projects. The consulting assignment was part of the project’s Local Projects of Regional Significance Initiative that aimed to support municipalities in developing full-fledged project concepts that are ready for funding by international and nation financing institutions.
• While there were plans to extend the assignment with me to a second cycle of projects, these plans were suspended following the military invasion of Russia in Ukraine and a re-orientation of the entire project.
• Achievements: 17 projects of 70 communities of Ukraine in the field of tourism and hospitality have been developed. 7 of them were selected. Accompanied projects in preparation for investment.

Achievements:

• Trainings on the creation of tourist products, cultural and historical heritage in tourism and cluster management of tourist destinations were conducted. It covers more than 500 entrepreneurs, government officials and educational institutions, artists, public figures working in the field of tourism
• A powerful advertising campaign for the region's tourist opportunities has been launched. The video Explore Azov and the tourist brand #colorful Azov were created.
• A grant program has been launched for entrepreneurs, local authorities and public associations working in the field of tourism in Mariupol (Donetsk Oblast), Berdyansk and Melitopol Raions (Zaporizhia Oblast). On August 6, 2021, a similar grant program for Henichesk and Kakhovka Raions of Kherson Oblast was completed.
• The Road Map of Tourism Development of the Azov Region 2021-2030 has been created. It consists of 200 pages, which contain an analysis of the current situation, development strategy and macro destination management system.
• Azov DMO and Azov Supervisory Board were created. Azov Tourist Information Centers network development has started.
• Extension of tourist season activities: development of SPA & Health resorts; increasing of MICE facilities; development of new festival, ethnic and cultural tourism products.
• Creation of the Melitopol Cherry Museum Concept and Mariupol Tourism Infrastructure Investment Strategy.
• Organization and holding of events, forums, competitions, meetings, etc.

Jun. 19 - Nov. 19: Local Expert & Project Coordinator at the EBRD project "A Roadmap for Competitive Development of Ukrainian Travel & Tourism Industry". Since Nov. 19 - Freelance EBRD International Advisor for projects in different countries of the world.

Foundation created for infrastructure and society development as well as for territory marketing in small town of Uman'.

Achievements:

• Tourism Cluster West Cherkaschyna was created.
• Four business forums were lead.
• Fundraising and budgeting programs for City of Uman and Uman Raion were elaborated.
• 18 events, 6 master classes and 4 festivals were sponsored.

• Result: Development of following projects: manufacturing of fructose from waste of sugar manufacture, the organization of development of granite deposits in Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia provinces
• I was engaged in creation of the concept of free economic zones – Inter Ports in Ukraine’ development, headed group of investments researching for Gostomel airport (Antonov’s Aviation Plant), took part and headed delegations in negotiations with foreign investors in Switzerland, Moscow, Kyiv, Lviv.
