My role as an Organizational Coach covers the three areas I work with: individual, team, and organizational.

I help to support and enhance organizational changes by providing coaching, consultation, education, or facilitation.

My latest accomplishments were:

• Developed and conducted a “Feedback workshop” as a part of the onboarding process that boosted Feedback culture.
• Co-created and conducted the organizational-wide education "Facilitation School" that increased teams' autonomy and self-organization through the increased number of facilitators in the company.
• I led the production of an email digest about Mental Health that raised awareness and played a great part in overcoming a complicated experience we have as Ukrainians. It has been delivered continuously for two+ years and has an 80% open rate.
• Conducted "Mental heals for leaders" workshop as a part of the Organizational initiative for Mental Health awareness.
• Implemented innovative formats to facilitate meetings for 80+ people and increased involvement and attendance rate.
• Constantly supported the development of strategic sessions and plans throughout the organization.

My role as Team Coach was created as a result of expanding my area of influence. Now, I was definitely not only a Scrum Master but also a coach, mentor, tutor, and facilitator for scaled teams, cross-teams, and organizational initiatives.

My main contributions were:

• Consult and helped into implementation with product scaling (based on Less approach)
• Developed and conducted workshops for the company's OKR implementation
• Conducted Nonviolent Communication trainings and supported practical groups on regular basics for 2 years
• Launching teams and helping to build effective trusting relationships

My role as Scrum Master in MacPaw included more than SM in Scrum framework does. But at the start, there were a lot of awesome mistakes and experience that helped me to grow.

My main contributions were:

• Supporting Agile transformation in Marketing Department (implemented a Scrum framework and support changes 5 functional teams into the cross-functional)
• Conducting training and workshops about Agile Principles and Practices, Scrum framework, Kanban method.
• Mentoring and coaching PO-s and team members to force their growth and help them remove impediments
• Facilitated scrum meetings, workshops, brainstorms, discussions, decision making.
