Organizational coach working at the individual, team, and organizational levels as a coach, trainer, facilitator, mentor, and consultant. The main areas of work are team collaboration, feedback culture, mental health, goal-setting, personal development, and leadership maturity.
My role as an Organizational Coach covers the three areas I work with: individual, team, and organizational.
I help to support and enhance organizational changes by providing coaching, consultation, education, or facilitation.
My latest accomplishments were:
Education:
Mental Health for Business
TA 101 (Transactional Analyses)
Psychodynamic coaching
Existential coaching
Conflict management
Characterology in Organizations
My role as Team Coach was created as a result of expanding my area of influence. Now, I was definitely not only a Scrum Master but also a coach, mentor, tutor, and facilitator for scaled teams, cross-teams, and organizational initiatives.
My main contributions were:
Education:
Less Practitioner (CLP)
Organizational Coaching School
OKR basics
Nonviolent Communication practitioner
Facilitation: strategic sessions
Graphic Facilitation
Public Speaking (Presentation Skills)
My role as Scrum Master in MacPaw included more than SM in Scrum framework does. But at the start, there were a lot of awesome mistakes and experience that helped me to grow.
My main contributions were:
Education:
CSM (Certified Scrum Master);
Kanban management professional (I and II levels);
Conscious communication skills course;
Graphic Facilitation (I, II, III modules);
NVC (Non-Violent Communication) practitioner.
My first job was where I learned how to communicate with people, help them solve their problems, and negotiate conflicts.
I’m a proud mother of a 4-year-old girl who constantly inspires me and helps me reflect on and deepen my knowledge, especially in my role as a coach.
I’m also a passionate desktop game enthusiast with a small collection at home, and I truly enjoy spending time with friends immersed in games.
I can’t imagine my life without engaging in Quest or Quiz games, where we answer intellectual and logical questions on a wide range of topics.
Though I’m definitely a dog person, I also have a deep appreciation for the cuteness of cats.
