Summary


v Team leader of the high-performance Paralympic sports teams (Rowing, Shooting, Triathlon, Alpine Skiing): preparation of the teams` international competitions participation (air tickets reservations, logistics plan, sport entries submission, visa issuance and special luggage transportation permits application), travel to the event location and team support and administration on a daily basis, critical problems resolution and provision of the best possible conditions for participation to elite athletes with disabilities,

v Day-to-day communication management for international correspondence and activities of the Committee,

v Coordination and strategic planning: national and international events participation long-term planning, financial planning, effective Government funding expenditures planning,

v Various sports events management: Registration and overall Logistics Plan (accommodation, transport, catering, training, transportation of equipment, visa, etc.) for all events types (training camps, international tournaments, European and World Championships, World Cups, Paralympic and Deaflympic Games);

v Sport Manager Role: Athlete administration, licenses, registration, medical classification document management, translation of Rules and regulations for sports for persons with physical, visual and intellectual impairments: all sports on the Paralympic Games program.

v Day-to-day personal assistance to Member of Parliament, Commissioner of the President of Ukraine for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, President of Ukraine NPC – Mr. Valerii Sushkevych: negotiations and meetings appointment with international prominent officials and representatives of foreign institutions in Ukraine; official letters preparation, legislative documentation translations, simultaneous and consecutive interpretation during the meetings.

v Member of Ukraine National Teams in numerous high-level sport events, including but not limited to:

2008 – Summer Paralympic Games in Beijing

2010 – Winter Paralympic Games in Vancouver

2012 – Summer Paralympic Games in London

2014 – Winter Paralympic Games in Sochi

2016 – Summer Paralympic Games in Rio

2018 – Winter Paralympic Games in PyeongChang

2021 – Summer Paralympic Games in Tokyo

2022 – Winter Paralympic Games in Beijing

v Organizer of competitions and international events in Ukraine:

2010 - ECVD Continental Cup for Women’s Sitting Volleyball teams

2011 - Open Ukraine Athletics Championships (IPC sanctioned event)

2012 - Pre-Paralympic Tournament in Football 7-a-side (CPISRA international tournament)

v Administrative Manager for Ukraine working group in Euro2012 Respect Inclusion Showcase Project. Under the Project there were carried 2 qualifying tournaments for CP and deaf children teams with final showcases before Euro2012 quarterfinals in Donetsk and Kyiv. Reported on behalf of Ukraine NPC to UEFA Football and Social Responsibility Committee after Project conclusion.
