  • Understanding what sanctions are and what they are designed to achieve.
  • Knowledge of key international and regional frameworks relevant to sanctions and examine the key stakeholders interested in how sanctions are applied.
  • Conducting the robust systems and controls required within a sanctions governance framework to best ensure compliance with global sanctions regimes and export controls.
  • Recognition high-risk areas and techniques for sanctions evasion.
