Warm greetings! I have been working for American staffing company Global Fleet LLC (Chicago IL) as recruiter for 9 months. I'm responsible for recruiting the truck drivers for more than 30 American logistic companies, conducting the interview and extending the offers.
I used to work in Ukrainian Armed Forces on 2 command positions, managing the people, resource and technique. I filled my platoon to 80-85%, later - selected more than 30 persons-researchers in the entire platoon. - Building the rapport: I have provided with more that 2000 interviews within last year and created the robust communication with the candidates, followed-up them and supported by the time they were hired
