After moving to Poland for private reasons in 2013 using the chance to consult a fast growing signage producer in his outsourcing process CEE and global sales strategy. Parallel analysis of the Polish market for direct sales and implementing a LCC in Poland.
Beside growing local business, the efficiency and turnover of whole group raised by new clients and implemented suppliers network in e.g. Poland, Lithuania, Czech, Bulgaria and Hungary.
