Summary

Experienced entrepreneur with high expertise in business development, process & Project management and sales. Starting career in 2000 at insurance concern Gerling – HDI – Talanx from traineeship via marketing specialist, referent to the board, sales director to finally run the PMO Sales for the biggest retail insurance transformation on the German market.


After moving to Poland for private reasons in 2013 using the chance to consult a fast growing signage producer in his outsourcing process CEE and global sales strategy. Parallel analysis of the Polish market for direct sales and implementing a LCC in Poland.


Beside growing local business, the efficiency and turnover of whole group raised by new clients and implemented suppliers network in e.g. Poland, Lithuania, Czech, Bulgaria and Hungary.
