I started my working experience with learning basics of customer service at restaurant networks during which I gained necessary skills associated with maintating good relations with customers and fulfilling their needs. Miele was my first major and significant step forward to deepening my interests in customer service. Miele experience have taught me many valuable lessons which I would like to carry forward into the future and use my new-gained skills in new endeavors, bringing my own strengths into a new team.
