Dealing Team
• Monitoring and processing client orders for global markets: subscription, redemptions, switches (Under high time pressure)
• Working for different branches and processes, cooperating with different services and teams from different Locations.
• Performing risk checks on the different business activity and taking action in order to avoid failure in the process
• Ensuring that deadlines and other performances standards are met in accordance with the procedure.
• Assuring Daily communication with Transfer Agent and fund manager.
• Tracking of orders rejections and performing internal and external investigation in order to avoid incident on the process
• Analyzing external communication and dispatching to the relevant team.
• Being a point of contact between Transfer Agent and Client.
Settlement Team
• Locating, chasing and matching received Contract Notes with open deals in the system,
• Sending and responding to queries from Transfer Agents or other internal & external sources in relation to the activity,
• Investigation and fixing any issues regarding daily business to avoid delays,
• Maintaining and modifying existing Excel Macros.
