Polish Scouting Association
My adventure with Scouting began on October 8, 2013. In March 2014, I took on the role of a patrol leader – the leader of a small youth group. In September 2014, I became a scout leader, supporting work with children aged 6–10. The next step was to serve as a scout leader for this group (from February 2015), where I was responsible for organizing and leading meetings, completing documents, creating work plans and outlines, and using SWOT analysis and the SMART method. I also served as treasurer and organizer of camps and summer camps. The culmination of my instructor development was obtaining the rank of Scout Guide – First Level Instructor on October 22, 2016.
