This role required a hands-on approach due to the highly dynamic nature of the greenfield project.

  • Facilitated the successful establishment of a new greenfield Business Unit, including R&D Hub demonstrating strategic vision and hands-on organizational leadership in navigating the setup process, EB strategy and team recruitment.
  • Designed and implemented the entire HR infrastructure from scratch || including recruitment, onboarding, and HR policies, supporting a workforce growth of 200 employees within 10 month.
  • Led the recruitment process to hire over 70 key positions in various departments || Engineering, Finance, Logistics, HR, Procurement, Project Managers & Leadership.
  • Worked closely with key stakeholders to design and implement departmental structures, aligning them with business objectives and scaling the organization || including defining roles and responsibilities || setting up reporting lines.

  • Successfully managed payroll operations for 2500 employees, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with local labor laws, insurance and tax regulations.
  • Streamlined the recruitment process in a highly demanding environment || recruiting 500 + employees per year
  • Led the company through a business acquisition || resulting in a smooth transition and ensuring employee engagement during major organizational and change management shifts.
  • Created and followed - up Headcount and Recruitment plans, challenging structures and processes to deliver an effective and cost-efficient plan.
  • Engaged with key business stakeholders and Financial Planning to ensure long-term budget effectiveness aligned with business strategies -> resulting in a decrease of 4.5 % of total people budget.
