I am a manager with 10 years of professional experience
responsible for the design and implementation of strategic
projects, such as: online sales process (digital)
which increased sales in the first three months by 30%,
securitization of receivables, API integration with 30 brokers,
white label product, payment of loans by 10 ATMs in Poland,
creation of new products (short-term, installments,
refinancing) and improvement of existing ones, also in
connection with compliance requirements for the financial
market as well as responsible for verification and optimization
of business processes - as a result of my audit and
improvement activities, the Company recovered 3.6 million
PLN.
In practice, I am responsible for project coordination,
analysis, and business-system requirements (including UX) for
IT and testing. In other words, I manage the entire project. If I
have a team of analysts, I manage what analyses to prepare and
verify them. I am passionate about strategy continuous
improvement, both personally and professionally.
I am committed to the practical use of my knowledge and
experience and to implementing new innovative projects related
to the design and implementation of new technological solutions
and the verification and optimization of existing business
processes. In designing and implementing solutions, I focus on
the User, functionality, quality, and results (performance, KPI). I

As a Business Change / Transformation Manager, I will bring the

experience allows me to look at the organization and its needs
