Travel Department - I've dealt with several difficult cases and clients. Controlling situations and understanding next steps are crucial, this position allowed me to built up my customer service and language skills. Whilst dealing with medical assistance and learning to multitask, I've also learned to deal with other departments such as claims and finance department, which allowed me to develop my skills in both areas. I am currently working with claim proceedings, where I've learned to understand issues and needs of clients and cooperating with other departments to make our work more beneficial and put customers first. Finance department is also an area I'm familiar with, especially in dealing with cases in the USA. Understanding and still learning additional processes that allow us to deal with those claims and requests faster and more efficient, cooperating with different departments in other countries and working together to complete a task at hand with a limited deadline. Within those five years, I managed to understand how to deal with clients, medical facilities and correspondents. Dealing with costs on daily basis due to an additional project regarding money savings, especially in the Europe region also allowed me to be in constant contact with hospitals, clinics, firms and coopering with people in the same department to create a process that allows us to handle large invoices and obtain discounts all around the world.
