• Ensure service projects are planned and executed to schedule and scope
• RCA and escalation management
• Working with people development plans and supporting the ongoing growth.
• Accountable for team workload schedule and production planning

• Coordinating and monitoring E2E data production process in close cooperation with teams alocated across the world (Switzerland, Austria, Germany)
• Quality control of production process
• Data flow managing across departments, services, and clients
• Designing internal metrics and regular reporting on workload, volume and quality to various stakeholders.
• Introducing and coordinating quality & process improvement activities within all workstreams.
• Crisis management.
• Participating in cross-functional projects including activities aimed at process improvement.
• Preparing and documenting the Standard Operating Procedures.

• Managing processes related to creating and maintaining databases according to client requirements
• Selecting and validating data, products, checking their correctness in internal applications
• Working with clients – replying to inquiries, implementing change requests, solving issues
• Working as part of a multinational team and liaising with other European Nielsen Offices
• Daily collaboration in virtual environment
• Cooperation with other departments in order to deliver databases correctly
• Working on multiple projects simultaneously
