• Account Setup & Activation: Assist in setting up merchant accounts, configuring POS terminals, and troubleshooting initial setup issues.
• Documentation & Compliance: Verify customer documentation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is collected and aligned with company policies.
• Sales & Administrative Support: Work closely with the sales team to process contracts, manage CRM records, and ensure accurate data entry.
• Customer Training & Support: Provide merchants with clear instructions and support regarding terminal usage, transaction processes, and reporting tools.
• Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, escalating any technical or operational challenges to ensure quick resolution.
