Accomplishments

  • Restructuring of the operational department at EBS SA, improving the sales figures, increasing the Ebitda by 18%, recovering after Covid Pandemic (2023: plus 23% comparing to 2019)
  • Restructuring of Polish affiliate of the German company Dussmann Service; Company image improvement on the Polish market as well as annual turnover increase from several (2007) till almost 70 million PLN (2015) through independent new client acquisition and subsequent development of a thriving sales department. Work efficiency improvement through implementation of new technologies, creation of an effective company structure, new products development and development of new entities of Dussmann holding, including entities employing disabled people and acquiring in this way state subsidies in the amount of ca. 0,5 mln PLN per month.
  • Development of a local cleaning company Aspen to the size of nationwide market leader which made it able to sell the company to Sodexo (a huge ROI for the owner: German Zehnacker Group) Winning and retaining of more than 100 clients.
  • Brand building of Tana Chemie in the region of South Poland. A significant increase of the income.
