· Administered the S21 environment using System 21 Application Manager / STRM400, including company and environment configuration, licence management, active sessions and background jobs, system process monitoring, End-of-Day (EOD) process queues, print queues, printer routing and housekeeping procedures.

· Configured and parameterized ERP modules, processes and subsystems, adapting system settings to user and business process requirements.

· Supported finance and accounting processes, including data and register integrity, reporting, audit files and JPK reporting.

· Participated in the full ERP change and development cycle – from requirements analysis and technical specifications, through testing and implementation, to application maintenance and cooperation with business users, IT teams and the external ERP provider.

Key Projects and Achievements:

· New Warehouse – Romania – configured and parameterized a new warehouse in the Warehouse Management (WH) and Inventory Management (IN) areas.

· Shipping Process Optimization – improved Pick Processors performance by approximately 30%.

· Migration to SAP – participated in the preparation and migration of data from System 21 to SAP, including opening balances, sales and purchase registers, inventory data and stock levels; verified data correctness and consistency after migration.

· Migration to Microsoft Dynamics AX – participated in a started migration project from System 21 to Dynamics AX, including process and requirements analysis and preparation for data migration; the project was stopped due to ownership and organizational changes in the company.

· IBM i Platform Migration – participated in the migration of the environment, applications and data to a newer platform/version, including preparation of migration data and files and integration testing.

· Business Process Development – participated in implementations related to JPK/JPK V7M, Reverse Charge, Intercompany, interest notes and new formats of warehouse documents, invoices and corrections.
