Calculate NAV for Private equity and Real estate Funds on quarterly basis

• Book investment and fund related accounting entries of expense accruals, management fees and loan interest accruals
• Review capital call and distribution notices and related accounting entries prepared by junior fund accountant and release notices for payment to depository team
• Review invoices and accounting entries prepared by junior fund accountant and release invoices for payment to fee team
• Perform cash reconciliations by checking settlements every month
• Interacting with clients and providing information as needed
• Other tasks assigned by superior

• Oversee preparation and calculation of NAVs across all funds with zero error tolerance as well as review and sign off on all NAVs
• Mainly working with Exception Management System (EMS) to investigate and review exceptions above tolerance and reach out to responsible team for additional backup if required
• Work with various financial instruments such as Equities, Bonds, and Derivatives.
• Research and verify accounting activity for funds that include cash activities, corporate actions, daily interests, expense accruals and dividends if above tolerance
• Escalate any irresolvable issues to Assistant Manager and Manager as required
• Train and oversee development of Fund Administrators.

• Proactively identified service issues with client-facing impact and brings them to attention of appropriate parties for resolution

• Performed daily accounting for various funds and calculate net asset value (NAV) of fund's assets as part of effort to analyze fund according to current market value
