In professional life, I like challenges. I am open to new experiences, but also I am happy to use those acquired during my career. I started my career by working in the maritime and industrial sectors, which allowed me to support the knowledge acquired at school with appropriate practice. I am currently using obtained skills while acquiring new ones related to supervising and coordinating implemented projects. Continuous development and expanding my capabilities is one of my main aspirations at work.
As a Project Manager, my main tasks include controlling
costs of the piloted project, ensuring that the work is carried out on time,
appropriate selection of materials, tools and personnel. Additionally, care for
contacts with customers and representing the company with dignity. I am currently supervising
installation of inverters to power the main pumps of the cooling system
Maersk container ships. This installation was designed to save energy
and increasing the efficiency of the driving electric motors
mentioned pumps.
As a Service Engineer at Atlas Copco, I worked on Offshore units where I supervised machines rented by the client. I have participated in such
projects as the installation of wind turbines located on the coast of the Netherlands (HKZ-2 project),where rented PTS compressors provided air to the curtains surrounding monopile foundations or the Tyra II Redevelopment project. Brought back to life the natural gas production facility in the North Sea was temporarily supply from rented QAC generators. My main tasks were to ensure the proper technical condition of machines, periodical inspections, in the event of failures quick and efficient removal of it and commissioning of installation if it has been changed. Each work performed also had to be properly documented and appropriate reports has to be done.
Lotos Petrobaltic is the only Polish mining company engaged in the exploration and production of oil and gas deposits on the Polish shelf of the Baltic Sea, as well as comprehensive offshore logistics services, sea research services and fleet management.
For over two years I have been working at Lotos Petrobaltic as a ship's electro automation engineer on an oil rig in the Baltic Sea.
My duties include maintenance of the offshore oil mining plant. I carry out planned inspections and maintenance of all devices and systems installed on the platform, take care of their good technical condition and , in the event of an occurrence, remove electrical failures.
During my work , I have gained experience in servicing and repairing generating sets, lifting devices, drilling equipment, electric motors and electrical installations in Ex (explosion - proof) execution as well as managing the power plant and ship power plant.
My duties also include preparing reports on the work performed, updating technical documentation in the event of modernization or changes, and making orders for materials or spare parts necessary for work.
For 4 years I worked at XT Shipping as a ship's electro automation officer. My tasks included (among others) periodic and current inspections and repairs of machines. I have experience in the operation and repair of container units, car carriers and bulk carriers.
I worked on new (one-year / two-year) and several -years old ships , thanks to which I acquired skills in maintenance , repairs and measurements of various types of electrical installations , devices and automation systems . I used and maintained the efficiency of such monitoring systems of the ship 's engine room as Norcotrol , Aconis , Lyngso Marine and production automation systems, among others, by B & W MAN, Alfa Laval and Westfalia.
My duties also included the removal of electrical failures related to main engines (mainly MAN B&W - classic and electronically controlled ME engines ), auxiliary engines ( Daihatsu, Hyundai, Rolls Royce) and all ship systems, both in the engine room and on - board equipment.
During reloading operations on several of the units, I also took care of the continuity of work , inspections and removal of failures of deck cranes (mainly MacGregor), both for loading containers and loose materials.
During my work on commercial highships, I always took care of the good technical condition of the ship , balancing the expenses for their repairs and reliability in carrying out repairs and maintenance.
