Appointment Setter
I have previously worked as a Outbound Setter.
I worked 6 days a week in this role. The closing rate was really low, around 5%. It started to feel like I was putting in a lot of time and effort without seeing much return, so I decided to move on. I’m someone who thrives on results.
My role included taking 15 minute calls in order to qualify the prospect for the closer. This role played a fundamental part in my current skillset. It taught me that asking the right questions, probing and building a good rapport while ensuring efficiency, is a strong combination for success. Although I am competitive, I am a reliable team player and I am always happy support my team whenever needed.
I strongly believe in helping and giving back to others, to help them unlock th full potential and I am not afraid to push for the sale when clients need the encouragement and guidance. However, overall i do maintain a charismatic curious approach throughout my calls, ensuring to build a strong rapport and trust with my clients which I feel is one of my strengths.
