Young Project Manager with technical background. From beginning of my career I am focusing on personal development to ensure the best quality of my work.
As a project leader I am responsible for projects placed in company. I led projects for food industry( heat exchangers, cyclones, tanks), ship industry (skids, scrubbers), mining industry ( heating panels) and many others. My task list was very wide:
-checking compliance of technical documentation with order,
- checking of requirements( like PED, class rules) for each project,
-coordination of cost control department, designers, quality control and production,
- constant contact with customers, meetings, reports, inspections,
- setting of requirements with inspectors(BV, DNV, TUV, KIWA etc.),
- contact with subcontracting companies,
- cost control of projects.
I was kind of freelancer cooperating with many companies connected to shipbuilding industry. I was a part of following projects:
-conversion of submarine ORP Sokół into museum ship,
- service repairs on Stena-Line ferries,
-service repairs on POLSTEAM ships,
- repairing and producing heat exchangers for ships(like Wybelsum),
- producing BWTS systems for ships.
While working in this company I took part in many interesting and challenging projects. The most important to me were: complex class repair of tug Boguś for a and being part of building rotating footbridge on Motława river.
My tasks were:
- production management,
- preparing technical drawings for some projects,
- meetings with company contractors,
- getting subcontractors if some part of project was out of our capabilities,
- preparing material lists and procurement of mentioned materials for each project,
- cost control,
- caring for safety of employees .
During my internship I was assigned to PM office and my tasks were:
- checking finished works compliance with technical drawings,
- taking part in QC and HSE inspections,
- preparing reports for my supervisor.
I was working over Martin Linge FSO conversion project. My working area was engine room and deck.
My tasks were:
-To coordinate works of other departments considering production plan, HSE, collisions and production capacities,
- taking part in inspection with QC, ship owner and classification society representatives,
-preparing progress reports for PM team, which were presented during internal briefings,
- creating PVV cards and negotiations with ship owner to accept those.
I was fitting ship steel constructions like: davits, foundations, stairs, railings, watertight doors. My task was also taking part in final inspections of mentioned constructions- along with foreman.
I have many hobbies but if I were to chose only few those would be: hiking, sport shooting, bushcraft, stock markets.
