  • Responsibilities: Disney consists of themes and parks, like they are developed with maps once we run the code we can see three sites in design page
  • Once we click on one site it will redirect to its related map

  • When mouse is moved then we get hand symbol it will show the attraction details and we should maintain the attractions and make be availed for next business day
  • Using oracle database as backend, we used to maintain all the attraction details, locations, work order and related URL’s

  • Mainly we used to maintain two asp dotnet applications MAD(Maximo automated dispatching) and light board
  • We have 3 different teams like one is the dotnet team and second one is Maximo team it used to maintain all the work order related things and one more team is like mobile related team
  • In WDW (Walt Disney World) site labors are using mobiles to sign in and close the work orders
  • If any issue comes supervisor will create work order and that work order will be assigned to so and so labor
  • Labor should go to that location and work on that
  • Once work is done he will close the workorder
  • If he is facing issue with mobile related that related team will be working on that
  • If it is application related issue dot net team will work on that
  • If it is work order related issue Maximo team will work on that
  • Extensively Handled few incidents and RITMs based on the user request, fulfill the requirement and send it to the different environments
  • We have used TFS source to push the code and with the help of Jenkins we used to deploy the code in different environments
  • Used to provide monthly, as well as weekly status reports
  • Monitor internal ticketing system periodically for any action requests (tickets) assigned to our queue & will work on them based on the priority to resolve the issue
  • Worked hand-in-hand with Dot net Support for issue resolutions.
