  • As the first woman CEO hired in Bytedance to achieve extraordinary accomplishments in building TikTok company operating in Central Eastern Europe from a simple idea to a multimillion dollar business.

  • Transforming single channel offering to the first ad product offering bundling TV and digital solutions under Atmedia (independent TV content sales house, 3rd on the market) available in 4 European markets increased gross margin by 16%.
