• Direct and supervise international team of 4.
• Evaluate employee skills and knowledge regularly, training, and mentoring individuals.

• Implementation of AX2012 - responsible for setup of Warehouse management module, including mobile devices, in 5 international locations (7 warehouses). Maintaining and adjusting the setup on daily basis.
• 3 movements of warehouses to new locations without stopping daily operations (2xGdańsk, 1xValencia)
• Sales and Purchase processes mapping and setup, including intercompany, return orders, non-conformances.
• Continuous cooperation with business on process improvements - business owners approach implementation.
• Functional descriptions of change requests for developers, testing of the modifications.
• Users training and instructions.
• Ticket shifts - supporting functional issues from all modules.

• Operational management of all processes within company (no production).
• Full book-keeping, tax reporting, annual financial statements and reporting.
• Opening of first NRF logistic centre in Poland - 3000m, later improvement to 6500m - including warehouse layout and process setup.
• Growing and managing a team from 3 up to 20 people.
• Customer relations management - offers/negotiations/long term contracts.

• Customer service responsibilities - daily sales orders intake and management up to invoicing and collection, customer relations maintenance.
• Market analysis, pricing and promotions.
• Monthly financial reporting to the headquarter.
• Office and warehouse administration.
