Responsible for processing orders, receiving inventory, thru DLA, and International.
Managing security, record keeping, and reporting dining facility rations and supplies thru SAP.
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.

Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. Work with 49 Different Nations include all NATO Members Troops and members of NATO Alliance

Responsible to maintain folder for each order, keeping copies of all documents; order, invoices, receipts, adjustments, delivery notes, truck manifest, temperature information and Vet inspection information photos
Track past order placed from STORES website to see what is being shipped and what in NIS so adjustments can be made on the following order
Review Preventive Medical, Military Vet and CGS/KBR QA/QC Inspection with Food Service Supervisor. Correct all documented deficiencies
Monitor all disposable items of responsibility to ensure proper levels are maintained for continuous DFAC operation
Provide any shortage to the Food Service Supervisor.
Assure compliance with all KBR Policies and Procedures and the DFAC PWS DTG to include but not limit to; Technical Bulletin Medical (TB MED) 530

Assure 3161 is competed and file when cross-leveling ration supplies to other facilities
Communication verbally to Food Service Supervisor status issues concerns and observation
Trains Warehouse personnel’s and indoctrinate new employees as required
Assure all personnel have been trained before operating Material Handling Equipment
Assure to all food storage equipment and facilities are properly maintained and the food storage areas are clean and organized
If truck contest are not at the proper temperature, than inform the military to verify/advise on disposition of the load. Take picture of anything that will be discard and have military veterinarian annotate and sign on delivery note. Remove items to be surveyed from manifest

Conducts physical inventories in accordance with client and government regulations.
Provide periodic reports as required by the Property Book Officer (housing matrix,main uniform sizing and body armour).
Order and pick up supplies from SSA.
Issue supplies to Customers.
Issue personal gear to armed and unarmed guards.
Receive and inspect personal gear from armed and unarmed guards.
Prepare and process TMR (Transportation Movement Request) through AST TRANSPORTATION.
Prepare and process Monthly Meal Request through AST DOL.
