Assure 3161 is competed and file when cross-leveling ration supplies to other facilities
Communication verbally to Food Service Supervisor status issues concerns and observation
Trains Warehouse personnel’s and indoctrinate new employees as required
Assure all personnel have been trained before operating Material Handling Equipment
Assure to all food storage equipment and facilities are properly maintained and the food storage areas are clean and organized
If truck contest are not at the proper temperature, than inform the military to verify/advise on disposition of the load. Take picture of anything that will be discard and have military veterinarian annotate and sign on delivery note. Remove items to be surveyed from manifest
Conducts physical inventories in accordance with client and government regulations.
