Basketball

Basketball has been a significant part of my life for many years. I played the sport actively for 13 years and had the honor of serving as the captain of my team, which helped shape my leadership, discipline, and teamwork skills from a young age.

After my playing years, I continued my involvement off the court. I was part of a working group that supported the women’s basketball team in Prishtina, helping manage and strengthen the team both operationally and strategically. Currently, I’m a board member of the Basketball Federation, where I contribute to the sport’s development on a national level.

Additionally, I’ve recently enrolled in FIBA’s Women in Leadership Program, which is an exciting opportunity to further contribute to basketball while growing as a leader in the sports world. Basketball continues to be a passion of mine, and I’m committed to supporting its growth, especially in empowering women within the sport.
