• Software Detection & Classification: Managing the classification of software detections across four platforms within UBS, ensuring accurate tracking and management of unauthorized software usage.
• Risk Prevention: Preventing unauthorized software usage through monitoring, classification and remediation enhancing security and compliance.
• Automation solutions: I developed automations for efficient data mapping and classification and automated manual tasks, including managing data and report creation. With these solutions, I’ve helped reduce reporting time from one week to just two days. I consider this the greatest achievement in this position.
• Remediation: Led efforts in remediation of unauthorized software usage incidents, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Reporting and visualization: Compiled and presented statistical data on processed software detection results providing insights to support decision making and risk management.
• Engaged in other projects: 3rd place team in 2023 UBS Hackathon, development support for different controls, automation POD member.

• Quality assurance testing for Windows application packages, hardware driver packages, and BIOS updates, ensuring high standards of software reliability and performance.
• Expert support to Application Packagers, leveraging previous experience to enhance team productivity and package quality. Transitioned from Application Packager to Quality Assurance specialist broadening expertise after one year.
• Utilize Matrix42, VBS, and PowerShell packaging scripts to improve automation and efficiency in the packaging process.
• Usage of various virtualization technologies including HyperV, VirtualBox, and VMware for comprehensive testing and deployment scenarios.
• Process improvements through implementation of Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban board.
• Data analytics and reporting on data extracts from JIRA lead to more efficient tracking and resolution of issues.
