Supervision and Coordination:

Led and managed a team of Maximum Demand and CT meter auditors across the Eastern region auditing all major energy consumers, therefore enhancing billing accuracy and revenue collection. This also helped the company to prosecute all those customers vandalizing the network infrastructure for their own benefit.

Revenue Recovery:

As an extension of the MD meter audits, I directed and conducted prejudice formulation exercises for various clients, enabling the company to recover over half a million (500 000) USD in revenue.

Smart Meter Rollout:

Undertook smart meter installation as part of the team spearheading the initial phase of the rollout of the Iskra smart meter for all Maximum Demand customers in Eastern Region.

Prepaid Meter Rollout:

Coordinated and supervised the installation of prepaid meters for domestic consumers 400V, including and up to the 33kV network voltage level, improving customer service and operational efficiency.

Technical Management:

Managed and conducted the repair and calibration of faulty whole current meters, and replacement of any old, faulty meters to ensure accurate energy measurement and compliance.

Process Development:

I was part of the team to initiate and develop a comprehensive net-metering procedure for ZETDC's Commercial Services department, streamlining operations at the distribution level.

Managed and executed diverse projects and maintenance activities across voltage levels, showcasing expertise in high-voltage systems and project delivery.

• Project Management: Designed and managed electrical reticulation projects (400V-11kV), such as the Hillsview Residence electrification project, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
