As Management System Coordinator, I was responsible for the implementation of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Green Logistics management systems, the creation and implementation of procedures, employee training and supervision in internal audits.
As Senior Specialist of the Operations Department, I designed and implemented the customer risk assessment system and the related receivables insurance system. Using my knowledge of SQL and knowledge of the company's processes, I introduced improvements and optimizations in many areas, and implemented oversight and data verification mechanisms.
I was responsible for contacting and negotiating with suppliers, both Polish and foreign. My tasks also included the creation of contracts with subcontractors, verification of contracts with customers, and supervision and verification of documents - in accordance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
