Uladzislau Chekel

My role as an HR Manager was to find people to work all over Poland and to bring them up to date. During my work, I have perfected the work process. The monthly intake of people reached 600.

The place of work was luxury hotels in Warsaw: Polonia Palace, Verte, Renaissance, Courtyard. Working as a waiter taught me polite communication with people and intelligent communication manners.

After three years of studying professional design, I applied for a job as a designer at the Grodno advertising agency "Zhuk". My job was to create a design for advertisements. This job taught me to respect other people's interests and work with people.
