As a Student Assistant, I support the Global Digital Innovation team in extending the reach of the latest innovation topics ISS is working on. By creating and editing various content assets, such as newsletter stories, intranet articles, presentations, training videos, and social media posts, I make a valuable contribution to the team's success. The tasks range from editorial work for established communication channels to conceptual work for developing successful communication formats.
What I do:
Market Research & Evaluation:
• Conduct targeted research to identify and assess opportunities with either startups or internal development capabilities within predefined areas and domains.
• Strong focus on business analysis to evaluate the potential and relevance of startups to the company's innovation goals.
Support for Innovation Platforms:
• Manage and support innovation processes and related platforms to ensure their smooth operation, driving engagement and user participation.
Innovation Process Monitoring:
• Monitor our end-to-end innovation processes to ensure they run successfully.
• Take corrective actions to ensure processes are effective and aligned with business objectives.

Content Creation & Visualization:
