• Provide a wide range of recurring and ad-hoc reports that support credit risk management process. Mostly in Excel via e-mail. Since 2022 we started moving some reports to Tableau dashboards.
• Maintain tools that were built to automate reporting process (mostly in MS Access using SQL and VBA, less in R and Python). Since recent the team also started using Airflow platform for automating reporting.
• Contribute to various projects using knowledge about credit risk data and systems.

• In addition to being reporting SME for credit risk management, in 2019 my role has expanded to being manager of reporting team. This involves covering the managerial activities for a team of reporting analysts, such as recruitment, on-boarding, training, manage their workload, set and evaluate annual goals, support in development, act as mentor, perform administrative activities.
• As the team leader I support eqch of my team members in designing and maintaining reports/dashboards by helping them understand the business requirements, decide on the best suitable source system, build the report/dashboard that would be fit for the purpose.

In-business Risk&Controls Coordinator for CRMS PL

• Prepare comprehensive profile of the activities performed by the function, inherent risks and existing controls for annual risk assessment.
• Coordinate quarterly risk assessment which tests if the controls aimed to mitigate the risks inherent to the function are designed/executed effectively.
• In case in risk assessment identified any issues, support end-to-end issues management process. Be the first point of contact in Risk&Controls related matters.

In-business End User Computing (EUC) Coordinator

January 2017 - Current

• Maintain EUC inventory, detect and register new EUC, assess risk associated with their usage. Perform periodical controls around the EUCs to ensure they are compliant with the EUC policy requirements.

Data Quality Champion for CRMS PL

• Review periodical reports which detected data breaks and inconveniences in credit risk management systems.
• Determine root cause of data quality errors and recommend long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with business, risk, technology to resolve data quality issues.
• Prepare and present summary of data quality matters to management.
