- During journey over last 12 years I have held various roles such as L2, L3 Windows Administrator, Backup Administrator, Shared Data Operations and Print Management, Team Leader, individual on-site collaborator (current role) in L3 team in Global Banking domain
- Responsible for maintaining servers across globe by tracking server activity, performing upgrades of software, addressing questions about technical problems, and improving efficiency by evaluating daily tasks on server environment
- On daily basis interacting with 8k+ servers
- Addressing all queries of user of all over globe
- Effectively handling Backup server, Application server, Database server, Web server, File server, Print server and Local group /User management , functional ID creation and focusing on placing them on right security vaults
- I will be Primary/secondary contact for server upgrades/migration/rebuild projects

- Equitrac/LRS corporate print management application migration and operation
- Having great experience with replication concepts, between prod and cob server to make sure data is sync between them, Robocopy script effectively used here, apart from this also having experience with Arcserve product
- Helping users with Network drive mapping and Home folder creations with required permission set
- Time to time reviewing all H/w alerts through monitoring tools report or alerts
- Frequently reviewing all of servers for security configuration mismatches as per global company policies and remediating such exception or red events
- Having experience with IIS concepts and creating web sites , App pools and assigning certificates
- Preparing servers for GO live , by verifying checklist maintained as per industry standards
- Working on exclusion list for McAfee scanning and registry updates as per application teams requirements
- Delivering accurate scripting solutions for daily BAU or other automation requirements with help of Batch scripts, VB scripts and Power shell scripts
- Played SME role to guide L2 admins with all recommended and short solutions for critical issues identified on work environment
- Having strong knowledge on Excel Macros which helps to automate lot number of operations on end to end process, it has saved plenty of manual hours and resulted in cost benefits to customers
