• Led and supported development of separation blueprints, TSA strategies, and Day 1 readiness plans, delivering cross-functional execution across Finance, Shared Services, Tax, Treasury, and HR for £1-10bn+ transactions involving FTSE 100 energy clients, infrastructure funds, and government buyers.
• Delivered 40+ costed TSA schedules and transition plans to ensure continuity of critical services and alignment with buyer needs.
• Owned deal tools and led analysis of Day 2 standalone and one-off separation costs for both buy- and sell-side clients, including stranded cost identification and transition risk mitigation.

• Delivered 20-25% cost reduction through Zero-Based Budgeting across 10+ industrial and energy sites, aligning cost baselines to value drivers.
• Designed and implemented Target Operating Models (TOMs) and restructured shared services to unlock 20-25% G&A efficiency gains.
• Developed value creation plans across the deal lifecycle, from As-Is diagnostics through To-Be design and implementation roadmaps.

Operational Due Diligence

• Supported red flag and ODD analysis for PE investors, assessing cost bases, scalability, and execution risks in business plans.
• Produced client ready outputs highlighting operational red flags and transformation levers.

• Co-developed proposals and client positioning for FTSE 100 and infrastructure clients, supporting pitch strategy and account targeting.
