A cross-platform OTT solution with customized frontend applications for 6 different platforms, including LG/Samsung-based smart TVs, Android, iOS, WEB and AppleTV.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, designing, and scheduling phases for the project.
• Tasks management, planning and estimation, monitoring and reporting progress, managing risks.
• Monitoring project performance to identify areas of improvement and make adjustments.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and mitigate risks.
• Achieving project deadlines by coordinating with team to manage performance.

Responsibilities:

• Interacted with customers to understand business needs and translate into requirements and project scope.
• Solution designing: collaboration with solution architects and designers to ensure that the proposed solutions align with the business needs and requirements.
• Performing gap analysis to identify areas of improvement.
• Documenting (SRS / User stories in JIRA) and maintain versions/phases of project requirements.
• Visual modeling of current and future business processes (helping stakeholders understand how changes will impact operations).
• Change Requests managing.
• Archery of cross-platform releases.
• Contribution to Agile ceremonies: performing Sprint Plannings (with the team) and Demo meetings (with the team and customer) to verify that the solution meets the specified requirements.
• Assessment and managing project risks by identifying potential issues and proposing mitigation strategies.

• Coding websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery languages.
• Providing front-end website development using WordPress and other editing software.
• Multi-tasked across multiple functions and roles to meet deadlines and organizational expectations.
