Coordination of cooperation between German shipping company Nordfrost from Osnabrück and Polish carriers.

• Ongoing supervision of transport orders, solving of problems which occur.
• Helping in cost reduction, increasing of productivity for carriers. That meant looking for different suppliers, helping to negotiate better deals on equipment or to find different financing possibilities.
• Legal help. That mainly meant, helping during police checks on road, but also with drivers minimum wages.

My work helped struggling transport companies to start creating profit and expand further.

Coordination of movement of over 200 semi‐trailers and containers in intermodal traffic with use of ferry crossings and trains.

Managed to acquire 5 new customers who stayed long-term with company.
