  • User Research: Tasked with conducting user research to gain a comprehensive understanding of the end-users' needs and preferences. This research serves as a foundation for the design process, ensuring that the final product effectively addresses the target audience's requirements.
  • Design Standards: Charged with the development and maintenance of design standards that promote uniformity across all products and services. This encompasses the establishment of a visual design language, interaction patterns, and usability guidelines.
  • Design Leadership: Responsible for offering design leadership to the UX team, which includes mentoring and coaching designers, providing constructive feedback on their work, and facilitating their professional development.
  • Design Execution: Collaborating closely with the product team to guarantee the accurate implementation of the design, ensuring that the final product adheres to the established user experience standards.

I took on role of Head of UX for the whole CCC Group after merger of CCC Group, Modivo SA, Eobuwie.

Head of UX role covers 90 e-commerce platforms and 980 shops in 23 countries under the CCC, eobuwie.pl, Modivo and DeeZee brands. From May 2021. The company is also developing sales in the off-price segment through its HalfPrice shop network. CCC Group has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2004.
