I took on role of Head of UX for the whole CCC Group after merger of CCC Group, Modivo SA, Eobuwie.
Head of UX role covers 90 e-commerce platforms and 980 shops in 23 countries under the CCC, eobuwie.pl, Modivo and DeeZee brands. From May 2021. The company is also developing sales in the off-price segment through its HalfPrice shop network. CCC Group has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2004.
By combining the roles of Head of Product Catalogue and Head of UX, the aim was to integrate further activities to ensure consistency in PDP, navigation, filtering and other elements of the Modivo and Eobuwie websites. Thanks to this broader responsibility, I have implemented a holistic view of the omnichannel user path within the organization.
