  • Centralizing the relationship with the customer in the Order to Cash process:
  • Provide updates on the status of orders, deliveries, and billing information.
  • Drafting and sending OOS messages on a daily basis.
  • Monitoring customer compliance within the agreed logistics conditions (MOQ, order hour, lead time). Take action if agreements are not respected.
  • Providing customers with standard or logistical information of our products
  • Proactively informing customers about out-of-stock of ordered products.
  • Keeping an overview of the most common problems
  • Responsible for tackling problems identified by customers within the fixed money agreements. Participation in projects to improve processes and/or service to the customer
  • Customer-specific tasks such as:
  • If, in consultation with the customer, we proactively round off on full pallets or on full layers, inform the customer of how many packages we will ultimately actually deliver there
  • Traders organize deliveries (orders, delivery day, pricing)
  • Coordinating customer master data requests.
  • Checking the customer's product and price lists for master data changes and communicating accordingly (e.g.: regarding RSVs/codes switches: informing the customer that we are going to supply another EAN)
  • Keeping logistical customer master data up to date (ship to, sold to, delivery days, delivery times, etc.).
  • Maintain customer contact information in CRM.
