- supported several bigger re-organisations from HR Advice end with approx. 2700 people in scope.

- established multifunctional re-organisations tracker serving various purposes of country HR Operations teams dealing with different steps of the process.

- set-up dedicated channels to communicate any changes, update on activities for different re-organisations to ensure effective information flow.

- as a part of Continuous Improvement project aiming to clarify and simplify Re-organisations process from Country operations perspective lead Tools, Data and System Workstream: using automation various ideas achieved faster and more accurate data management and simplifications for various teams, which resulted in meaningful time and cost saving.

• Advised line managers from businesses on complex HR matters - responsible for delivering HR advice to employees and line managers, supporting managers with HR-related queries.
• Utilised data to provide insights that can drive proactive HR support to line managers - diagnose incoming requests to establish needs of the line manager and/or employee; subsequently taking ownership for resolution or determine correct routing to another part of the HR model.
• Provided end-to-end HR advice to Line Managers and follow up support as necessary - ensuring seamless end-to-end support in resolution of HR queries to line managers and employees.
• Most common queries: Pay Pressure requests; Exit/Redundancy management; Settlement Agreements; Policy guidance; Local implementation of global change projects; Benefits advice and specific site/business practices; Underperformance management; Sickness cases support; Taking care of employee concerns cases (preventing formal grievances/potential tribunal cases); Secondment Agreements.
• Liaised with HR experts (Senior HR Advisors/ER/IR Advisors/ Policy SMEs/ IM SMEs) to get input on complex cases in order to provide informed guidance.
• Provided coaching & feedback to line managers, as well as to colleagues in HR Advice; ensured collaboration within the team to share knowledge and best practices.

Achievements:

• Secondment Focal point and team member of Global secondment project: continuous provision of inputs at developing secondment playbook to clarify the objectives, process flow, stakeholders and documentation pack needed for HR Advisors to support secondment requests.
• Provided constant support for HR Advisors within the Team with their requests and challenges with secondment process, shared knowledge and helped to identify the right way of processing the request.
• Supported delivery of around 10 secondment agreements covering ca 15 employees seconded in and out of the company.
• As part of the project team working at UK grievance procedure update/simplification created a draft of script for HR facilitated conversation and ran several pilot cases according to new approach (cases covered under new procedure resolved successfully without formal outcomes).
